By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the CH0SEN1 PICKZ website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What We Are — and What We're Not
CH0SEN1 PICKZ is a sports information, analysis, and commentary platform. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and do not facilitate gambling transactions of any kind. All picks, odds, analysis, and commentary published on the Service are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, betting, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any pick, forecast, or piece of analysis. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Eligibility

4. Accounts

5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on the plan you select) through PayPal.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing going forward; existing subscribers will be notified of any price change before it takes effect on their next billing cycle.
- All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card or bank details — see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Community Discussions
Subscribers may be able to comment on picks and participate in discussions. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that solicits illegal gambling activity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including picks, articles, graphics, and branding — is owned by CH0SEN1 PICKZ or its content contributors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute paid content without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CH0SEN1 PICKZ is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any pick, analysis, or piece of content published here.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
